Shipping policy

All orders ship from Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada, usually within 1–3 business days of payment. Cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and a toploader or semi-rigid holder. Slabs and sealed product are shipped in padded or boxed packaging.

Combined shipping

You pay one shipping fee per order, no matter how many items are in it. The rate depends on your order total.

Orders under $20 can choose either the Standard Envelope or Tracked shipping at checkout. Orders of $20 and up ship tracked.

Standard Envelope (no tracking)

Envelope shipping has no tracking. Delivery can take 5–10 business days in Canada and up to 6–8 weeks internationally. Without tracking, a lost envelope cannot be traced or claimed. If you want tracking and protection, choose Tracked shipping at checkout.

Tracked shipping

Tracked orders ship with Canada Post, and you get your tracking number by email as soon as the order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes (outside Canada)

International and US orders may be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping. Packages refused because of customs charges are refunded minus the shipping cost (see our Refund Policy).
